Confirmed by DC. 10/09/2026
The employer seeks full-time Maintenance and Repair Workers, General, to perform routine preventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and cosmetic repairs to preserve commercial building structures, mechanical systems, and operational machinery within the CNMI. Selected candidates will inspect, maintain, and execute minor repairs on physical facilities, including fixing broken hardware, replacing drywall patches, applying interior and exterior paint, and repairing basic plumbing components like leaky faucets and clogged drains. Daily responsibilities include replacing faulty electrical fixtures, light switches, and bulbs under standard safety protocols, performing scheduled preventative checks on local heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and servicing small motorized property equipment. Workers will safely operate a variety of common hand and power tools, maintain clear logs of completed maintenance tasks, manage inventories of repair supplies, and perform heavy manual labor—including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds—under local tropical weather conditions. This position requires a minimum of 2 year of general building, facility, or equipment maintenance experience; high school degree is required.
